The master‘s work reveals the consept of the revenue and salary, forms, models and structure, conditions which arise those salary differencies are evaluated. An accurate analysis regarding dynamics of salaries and separate regions of Lithuania was made. Factors which influence salaries in different Lithuanian regions were distinguished and all data was compared with other European Union countries. Analysis of social and economical rates indicated that differencies between salaries exist between Lithuania and European Union countries which arised due to unequal teritorical development and different tax systems in those regions. The hypothesis raised at the beginning of the research was proved that existing salary differencies in Lithuania regions increases the difference between advanced and slow regions and lag from EU. The implementation of the progressive tax model was offered which should decrease the difference between those who earns a lot and not. |
