In order to assess whether the model(s) of restructuring of legal entities in Lithuania constitute suitable/effective prerequisites for the possibility of effective restructuring of promising legal entities, this work analyzes the models of restructuring procedures of legal entities, their main features, the benefits/significance of each of them have / can have in order to ensure the possibility of effective restructuring of promising legal entities with financial difficulties and what legal assumptions lead to the (in)effectiveness of the respective models. The analysis is carried out using document analysis, linguistic and systematic methods. The research results make it possible to determine the models of legal entity restructuring procedures and their features, their significance in order to ensure an effective legal entity restructuring system, the assumptions that make the corresponding legal entity restructuring procedure (in)efficient and, accordingly, to assess whether the Lithuanian legal entity restructuring model( -i) form suitable/effective prerequisites for the possibility of effective restructuring of promising legal entities. |
