Abstract [eng] This paper examines the system of crimes against intellectual property in Lithuania, which includes separate crimes, the composition (characteristics of the objective side) and their problems also fall within the scope of this paper. The first part aims to discover a unified concept of intellectual property, the two separate branches (copyright and industrial property) of which are examined in the following parts of the work, as well as looking for legal acts enabling criminal liability, analyzing the national intellectual property protection system. The second part of the work is devoted to two crimes protecting copyright, provided in Articles 191 and 192 of the Criminal Code, the problematic aspects of qualification are examined, and examples of the regulations of foreign countries (specifically, Finland and France) are presented as a starting point for the improvement of the national criminal law. The last part of the work analyzes crimes against industrial property, the validity of their establishment in the Criminal Code, the signs of the objective side, the problems of determining the evaluative signs established in the articles.
