The aim of this Master's thesis is to develop a system for selecting quality management tools, based on which organizations could rationally and persuasively choose quality management tools for improving their activities. The purpose of this paper was to examine the methodology, functioning, applicability and improvement of the selection and selection systems for quality management tools. The first part of the work, based on the scientific literature, examines the approaches, criteria and models for the selection of quality management tools, decision support systems. The criteria that have the greatest impact on management quality management tools are determined. Selected tools (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, BPR, BE and ISO9001) are analyzed and attempts to create similar systems in the past are described. The second part discusses the methodology for the development of the quality management tools selection system and the principles of its operation. The third part presents the research methodology for the applicability and improvement of the selection system of quality management tools. The fourth part presents the results of the research that included surveys and testing. Based on the results of the research, the selection system of quality management tools was adjusted and recommendations were prepared for improvement opportunities in the future.
