Abstract [eng] Adding synthetic sequences to nucleic acids is a frequently used step in various processes of molecular biology, such as the preparation of NGS libraries, the multiplication of transcriptomes, etc. Such marking is most often performed during enzymatic ligation, but the process has challenges, and before ligation, the ends of the 3' and 5' nucleic acids must be prepared, respectively. The recently developed technology of oligonucleotide-modified nucleotides has shown simplified 3'-end certification in synthetic sequences, avoiding ligation and the step of preparation of the ends. This work will aim to synthesize new variants of oligonucleotide-modified nucleotides, thus expanding the possibilities of using technology for nucleic acid marking.
