Abstract [eng] The aim of the Master's thesis is to evaluate the relationship between knowledge sharing and the maturity of business process management in an organization, by presenting a study of the Lithuanian Fintech sector. The thesis consists of three main parts: analysis of scientific sources, methodology of empirical research, and processing and analysis of the results of the conducted research. In the first part, after the analysis of scientific literature, the theoretical aspects of knowledge sharing and business process management, and its maturity, were analyzed. Based on the results of the scientific literature analysis, a research model was created, which reflects the direct impact of knowledge sharing on the maturity of business processes, as well as the indirect impact through the intermediary of organizational resources (training, autonomy, technology). The second part of the work details the methodology of the empirical study. The third part presents the data of the empirical study and the results of its analysis. At the end of the work, conclusions and suggestions are summarized, which may be useful for organizations seeking to achieve a higher level of business process management maturity through knowledge sharing activities. A quantitative study was conducted by surveying 124 FinTech company managers (121 cases were deemed suitable for data analysis). The results revealed that knowledge sharing is critically important for business process management maturity, indicating that attention to knowledge sharing culture and training are no less important than technology development. In addition, the research results confirmed that organizations that encourage knowledge sharing through non-financial reward systems and community-building activities can enhance business process management maturity. The research results significantly contribute to the refinement of the relationship between business process management and knowledge sharing, as well as help to understand how and why knowledge sharing can have a direct and indirect impact on business process maturity.
