Abstract [eng] Innovation management is essential for organizational growth and success. By encouraging the innovative behavior of employees, the management of innovative companies facilitates the creation and consolidation of a culture of innovation in the organization, so the organization can change its cultural attitude and behavior only by investing in innovation management practices, i.e. by innovating organizational strategies, systems and procedures. In order to effectively create an innovative culture, organizations should continuously implement innovation management practices. The work problem is defined by a problematic question - what factors determine the implementation of innovations in logistics and transport companies and what means can be used to improve the management of innovation implementation solutions in logistics companies. The aim of the work is to analyze the theoretical management problems of innovation implementation solutions in logistics companies and factors that have an impact on the implementation of innovations in logistics and transport companies and, after conducting an empirical study, to determine the problems of innovation implementation in Lithuanian logistics companies. Work methods. Theoretically, the analysis of scientific literature and the systematization and summarization of information used to analyze the scientific literature related to logistics, innovation, and management of logistics companies were used to prepare this work. A quantitative research (questionnaire survey) strategy is used to conduct the empirical study, and a statistical analysis of the research data is performed. Hypotheses were proposed in the thesis, which are tested during the research by applying statistical analysis methods. During the research, it was established that the size of the company has a direct influence on the implementation of innovations in the organization. Also, the research results revealed that employees' attitude towards innovation has a direct influence on the organization's innovative solutions and the implementation of innovative solutions in the organization. After analyzing the importance of implementing innovations in the organization, it was found that organizations make innovative decisions in order to increase the profit of the organization and improve the quality of the services provided, innovative decisions increase the competitive advantages of the organization in the market. However, during the study, no statistically significant interrelationships between organizational innovativeness, management of innovative solutions and demographic characteristics of employees were identified.
