Abstract [eng] The aim of the research work: to analyse scientific sources exploring the associations between teachers' physical activity, emotional health, and job satisfaction. The objectives of the study: 1. To analyse the associations between teachers' physical activity and emotional health. 2. To analyse the associations between teachers' physical activity and job satisfaction. 3. To analyse the associations between teachers' emotional health and job satisfaction The materials and methods of the study: a systematic literature review was conducted. The search for scientific articles was carried out in the PubMed database from November 2022 to March 2023. After the selection process, seven scientific studies were included in the systematic literature review. Three studies examined the association between teachers' physical activity and emotional health, one study examined the association between teachers' physical activity and job satisfaction, and the remaining three studies examined the association between teachers' emotional health and job satisfaction. A thorough analysis of the articles and the information provided in the studies regarding the characteristics of the research, sample sizes, participant selection methods, evaluation tools used in the studies, research objectives, and results where carried out.   Results: Biernat et al. (2022) identified that only moderate and high levels of physical activity among teachers were associated with their emotional health (Alpha=0.05) [16]. Soria-Saucedo et al. (2018), in an epidemiological study on the health of Mexican teachers, stated that there were associations between emotional health and physical activity only when participants engaged in high-intensity activities for up to three hours per week. The authors did not provide data on physical activity exceeding three hours per week (p<0.001) [17]. After examining teachers' physical activity and emotional well-being Fontana et al. (2022) claimed that higher levels of physical activity had a greater impact on teachers' emotional well-being (p<0.05) [18]. The authors studying teachers' job satisfaction and physical activity observed significant associations. Bogaert et al. (2014) reported that only leisure-time physical activity showed a significant association with job satisfaction [19]. Capone et al. (2022), in their study on teachers' emotional well-being and job satisfaction, found significant associations between these two factors (p<0.001) [20]. In a study about teachers' emotional well-being and job satisfaction, Benevene et al. (2018), found an indirect but statistically significant relationship between the two factors (p<0.0001) [21]. Kuwato et al. (2020) observed a negative correlation between emotional well-being and job satisfaction, indicating that lower emotional well-being was associated with lower job satisfaction among teachers (p<0.0001) [22]. Conclusions: 1. After analysing the associations between teachers' physical activity and their emotional well-being, a statistically significant relationship was found, indicating that higher physical activity is associated with better emotional well-being among teachers. 2. Based on the literature review, a statistically significant association was identified between teachers' physical activity and job satisfaction. Teachers who engaged in physical activity during their leisure time demonstrated better emotional well-being. 3. There was a statistically significant association between teachers' emotional well-being and job satisfaction, indicating that better emotional well-being among teachers contributed to higher job satisfaction.
