When projects become a tool which helps in company’s strategical management, more and more organizations employed in project orient work methods. This tendency dominates in all fields, beginning constructions and manufacture sectors continue IT and all kind of services markets. HR institutions is not an exception, base of this activity is projects performance. HR institutions perform not only Lithuanian projects but international as well. By taking part in international projects specialists get other countries experience; witch will help in integration to EU professional education space. Objective: to value project management’s methodic in human resources development institutions. Tasks: 1. determine project management conception; 2. character project management peculiarity; 3. analyze HR development institutions actual project management; 4. perform HR development institutions actual project management’s methodic research and give recommendations. Work’s objective: project management methodic in institution of human resources development. Work’s methods: nonfiction, analyze of articles, legal documents review, accomplished researches and projects review. On purpose to evaluate project management methodic, by project executors was made short research, using questioning method. Facts shows, currently picked Lithuania’s labour market’s project management methodic are not right in realizing projects. Choused methodic limitations:  control takes to much extra time from project executors;  inflexible point of view to changes;  amount of the same reports. Because of this incomplete project practice analyzes not all resources are used. Project management efficiency will be limited until these limitations will be eliminate. According to project practice analyzes and research recommended to in project department of Lithuania’s labour market education service to establish practice orderliness witch will help to direct department work and practice to project management and right choose of methods. |
