Abstract [eng] Thesis topic: Professional Development of Social Workers Working with People with Disabilities in the Context of Supervision. Problematic issues of the research: How do social workers working with people with disabilities develop professionally through participation in supervisions? How is the professional development of social workers working with persons with disabilities in terms of reflective skills? The subject-matter of the research: Professional development of social workers working with people with disabilities in the context of supervision. The objective of the research: To analyse the professional development of social workers working with people with disabilities in the context of supervision. Tasks of the research: 1. To analyse scientific information sources in order to describe the professional development and supervision process of social workers working with people with disabilities as a form of reflective practice. 2. Using qualitative research methods, to reveal the expression of self-reflection and reflection in learning skills in the supervision of social workers working with people with disabilities. 3. Using qualitative research methods, to identify the expression of critical thinking and problem-solving skills of social workers working with people with disabilities in supervision. 4. Based on empirical research, to reveal the expression of experience analysis and learning from experience skills in the supervision of social workers working with people with disabilities. The following research methods were used to explore the professional development of social workers working with people with disabilities in the context of supervision: scientific literature analysis, semi-structured interview, content analysis. Conclusions: 1.According to the survey data obtained, the learning abilities of social workers working with persons with disabilities, self-reflection and reflection in the vision are related to the relationship with themselves, colleagues, clients and recognition and management of the emotions experienced. 2.The study revealed the critical thinking and problem-solving abilities of social workers working with people with disabilities in the vision: emergency and relationship assessment skills and prejudices have an impact on problem solving. 3.The study revealed the skills for analysing and learning the experience of social workers working with people with disabilities: skills for reflection on existing experience, skills for self-assessment of competences, skills for recognition of difficulties, recognition of experiences, skills for choosing solutions.
