Abstract [eng] The aim of this thesis is to show the relation between Spinoza's political and philosophical freedom. Philosophical freedom is the peace of mind and the ability control emotions. Political freedom consists of obedience to the law. It needs to be seen how this relation exists through concepts that are in Spinoza's Ethics and his political treatises. In Ethics these concepts are God, human nature and reason. In political treatises- democracy, sovereign, laws, religion, freedom of mind and free speech. Human nature has relation with democracy, reason relates to sovereign and God with laws, religion and freedom of mind and free speech. In this work it is shown that it is in God's concept of politics that there are inaccuracies in the relationship with politics. For this reason, the Spinozic God dies in politics and therefore there is no freedom in politics. It is only possible in the personal sphere.
