Abstract [eng] The paper aims to reveal the socio-political typologies of the supporters of the “pandemic” protests based on the patterns of their beliefs. To answer the question of what “combination” of beliefs made citizens prone to responding positively to the call for mobilisation of the wave of protests and dissatisfaction with the government, the paper uses the following approaches: explanations of the "pandemic" protests in the West, which mainly emphasise the mobilising potential of right-wing populist attitudes; the complex context of the post-communist transition and the heterogeneous consequences of the transformation, as well as the deep-rooted and long-lasting distrust of the state's institutions, as an expression of a deficit of the citizens' relationship with the state. Searching for the dominant socio-political typologies of the protest supporters and the schemes of their beliefs, the study uses the Q-sort method combined with semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted with participants and supporters of the "pandemic" protests in Vilnius.
