Abstract [eng] The Master's thesis analyses the Dynamic Supervision Model and the main objectives of its implementation, presents the concept of the Dynamic Supervision Model, its main principles and features. The Master's thesis contains international and Lithuanian legal acts, documents and recommendations regulating the dynamic supervision model. The work presents the peculiarities of the implementation of dynamic supervision and the experience of foreign countries that have successfully implemented dynamic supervision. The topic is relevant because today's public sector organisations are focused on openness to change and on delivering results that are in line with today's public management paradigms, in order to achieve quality and diversity of services. Organisations that ignore change may not only lose competitiveness in the marketplace, but also fail to deliver on the core mission of the organisation. Prisons inevitably need to focus on innovation and its implementation in order to fulfil their mission, which is not only to segregate offenders but also to help them to change so that they do not offend again and fit in with society. Although the implementation of dynamic supervision in Lithuania has been in place for many years, dynamic supervision in prisons has not been fully introduced and implemented. In order to reveal the implementation of the dynamic supervision model, an empirical study was carried out in Šiauliai remand prison. Qualitative research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Six dynamic care specialists answered the interview questions. The empirical study revealed that the dynamic supervision model is partially implemented in Siauliai remand prison. During the research, informants revealed that the changes in dynamic supervision in their institution have not gone unnoticed by the detainees, who are satisfied with the change in the communication and attitude of the staff towards the detainees. The results of the study show that the factors that improve dynamic supervision are positive communication, resocialisation of inmates, social interaction, and timeliness, while the limiting factors for the implementation of the dynamic supervision model are the incomplete understanding of the dynamic supervision model. The theoretical analysis and empirical research of the Master's thesis led to the formulation of the following directions for the improvement of the dynamic supervision module in the remand centre: increasing the competences of communication and communication skills of the managers, increasing the qualification requirements of the newly employed staff, increasing the number of the dynamic supervisors, and dividing the functions of the dynamic supervisors according to the activities they carry out, in order to narrow down the functions of the staff in order to increase the quality of work.
