Abstract [eng] This paper raises the hypothesis that the dynamics of time and space determinacy change the characteristics of the concept of reality. To this end, two positions are analyzed: Mikhail Bakhtin’s philosophical theory of the chronotope as a formally constitutive category of literature and the philosophy of Cornelius Castoriadis, who emphasizes the dynamics of time and space determinacy and the magmatic nature of reality. The comparative analysis of the latter philosophical positions is performed in common respect of evaluation of Immanuel Kant’s transcendental philosophy. Within this context it is proposed that Bakhtin’s chronotope is interpretable not only as an epistemological category which concentrates images into a coherent whole, but also as a category of socio-constructivism, which determines not only the sense experience of the observer, but also provides reality with an image of a totality of symbolic social institutes. In this way, it is proposed to understand the concept of reality as the multidimensional image. Castoriadis’s time and space are interpretable not only as deterministic notions that shape existing forms, but also as creative notions that not only provide reality with an image of a totality of symbolic social institutes, but also enable the appearance of new forms. In this way, it is proposed to understand the concept of reality as the image of coexistence of contradictory manyfold. It is concluded that the dynamics of time and space determinacy is composed of two types – spacetime and timespace, which show the different characteristics of the image of the concept of reality.
