Abstract [eng] The Content of Registered Collective Agreements - Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis The registered collective agreements are analyzed in the master's thesis, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are used in the research. When analyzing the content of collective agreements, significant legal acts, conclusions made by scientists, and recommendations provided by the International Labor Organization are taken into account. The principle of freedom of association is enshrined in international legal acts, as well as the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania guarantees the right to freely associate, as well as the right of trade unions to freely form and defend the interests of employees. This topic is very important for the promotion and progress of social partnership. The results obtained during the analysis allow to substantiate the hypotheses, reveal trends, and each stakeholder can apply them in connection with their own insights. The paper reveals the significance of collective agreements, their legal nature, and emphasizes the importance of registering these agreements. Disclosure of the contract guarantees the parties' knowledge of their rights and obligations, thus also ensuring the transparency of the contract and the disclosure of the true will of the parties. The analysis of collective agreements by the quantitative and qualitative method of analysis reveals certain problems, which are revealed not only in the content of these agreements, but also in the register of collective agreements. The topic of the dissertation clearly presents hypotheses and their explanations. Thanks to the detailed results of the quantitative analysis, it is possible to see certain trends in the field of social partnership and to anticipate certain developments in collective agreements in the future. The aim of the method of qualitative analysis of collective agreements is to analyze their content as widely as possible and to reveal the specifics, prevailing conditions and problematic issues. The analysis of the performed research allows to draw certain conclusions, to formulate certain observations and suggestions. Thanks to the detailed results of the quantitative analysis, it is possible to see certain trends in the field of social partnership and to anticipate certain developments in collective agreements in the future.
