The master 's thesis analyzes the employee and his / her mobile phone as a work tool, which not only performs the functions of communication and leisure, but also allows the implementation of work duties with his help. It is noted that technology affects not only the labour market and all legal regulation, but also the habits of society itself, which must also be taken into account. It is obvious that the mobile phone and its use in one way or another fall within the legal regulatory system and its peculiarities, therefore from the point of view of labour law this topic is relevant for both parties of the relationship, for whom it is important to understand these features. It should be noted, however, that when establishing procedures, the employer should assess each employee individually and only after assessing the specifics of his work, decide whether the arrangements for mobile use in the workplace are appropriate for him and the requirements are not excessive. |
