Abstract [eng] Physical regeneration is an important part of sports training process. It is important for athletes to understand the balance between work and rest and daily routine. Young field hockey players together with a sports coach, can analyze and adjust the factors that accelerate physical regeneration by using daily routine data. Therefore, one of the key determinant of success are balanced physical regeneration. Problem. Sports scientists (Bompa, 2015, 1998, 1994; Cepulėnas, 2001;, Platonov, 1986, 1988, 1995, 1997, 2004, Poliakov, 1997; and others) found that applied training loads affect physical performance indicators. The problem appears when athletes do not realize the importance of managing the process of physical regeneration. The correlations bettween training loads and physical regeneration are very close. Daily analysis of sports training loads and physical regeneration indicators becomes meaningful. The object of the research: management of young field hockey player‘s acceleration factors of physical regeneration in the medium-term preparation stages. The aim of the research: to analyze the use of physical regeneration optimizing factors of young field hockey players during the medium-term preparation stages. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the indicators of physical regeneration and their usage in the medium-term preparation stages 2. To study the change of physical condition indicators of young field hockey players in the medium-term preparation stages. 3. To determine the. changes of the training loads indicators of young field hockey players in medium-term preparation stages. 4. To study realization of physical regeneration factors of young field hockey players in medium-term preparation stages Conclusions. 1. The scientific literature states that the balanced usage of pedagogical, psychological, hygienic and physiotherapy factors of physical regeneration can help successfully overcome the training loads and improve training intensity. 2. The physical condition of the athletes in the training mesocycles is average or good. The highest score was given to the BMI of the athletes, and the lowest to the heart rate in the evening. 3. During the analyzed period, the athletes performed 102 sports exercises and played 14 matches. On average, during one training mesocycle, the athletes performed 34 trainings and played 5 matches. A total of 232 academic hours were devoted to training loads. 4. Daily nutrition in training mesocycles is assessed as good. The young field hockey players rated the feeling of fullness of the lunch the best, and the time of breakfast the worst. 5. The subjects sleep evaluation in the training mesocycles is average.
