Work theme – engineering geological conditions and slope stability evaluation of Aukštakalnio g. 16, Utena territory. The main aim of work: evaluate engineering geological conditions of territory, fulfil data analysis and evaluate slope stability. Tests and analysis of the data showed that the soil parameters obtained by different field research method were almost uncorrelated. Using there obtained soil parameters (unit weight, cohesion, angle of internal friction) a slope stability model was developed with „GEO5 Slope stability“ software, which showed that the slope safety factor (Fs) is less than 1.5 and thus confirmed the fact that the slope is unstable. Also the slope stability model showed that the highest probability of slip surface formation is in the technogenic soil layer. |
