Abstract [eng] |
This study aims to investigate the factors that affect the practices of knowledge sharing in the COVID-19 pandemic. The work consists of main parts, the analysis of literature, the research methodic, research results and conclusion and recommendations. After analyzing the scientific publications and relying on the hypotheses approved / rejected by the researchers, a theoretical model for the assessment of the factors determining the knowledge sharing process was developed. The theoretical model includes forced remote work identified by the author, which causes the process of knowledge sharing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in organizations operating in Lithuania. The results of the research were statistically processed with the SPSS programme (IMB SPSS, IBM SPSS AMOS) batch. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was used to determine the alignment of the Likert scales’; in all cases, it was higher than 0.77, which indicates that the scales used were consistent. The Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to determine the correlation. A detailed analysis of the data presented, first through descriptive statistics and then in the form of inferential statistics. In order to test the model fitness for individual constructs, confirmatory factor analysis statistical technique with the help Amos software was employed. To lend more acceptability to the model of the study constructs of the model have been checked for reliability and validity with the help of established procedure. Before applying the regression analysis for hypotheses testing, various tests have been carried out to see if the data is fit for regression analysis. And after satisfying all regression assumptions, regression analysis has been run on the data. With this, the results of the proposed hypotheses have been provided. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the main concepts of literature analysis as well as the results of the performed research. |
