| Abstract [eng] | This paper examines the impact of data protection regulation on the protection of a person's right to an image, the origins of this right, interpretation and application of regulations. In this paper is presented the relationship between the right to privacy of a person and the right to the image, in the contects of the General Data Protection Regulation and the review of the changes that took place while adapting the regulations and their impact on the legal doctrine of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. |
