Abstract [eng] |
The topic of the master's thesis is the life cycles of the organization and their management. In the paper, the author analyzed four different models - Adize, Timmns, Greiner, Hisrich and Peters. These authors have presented different approaches to the stages of development and evolution of organizations. The most detailed and most commonly found model in the literature is Adizes. It is unique in that it details in detail the four main stages of an organization's life: emergence (marital stage), growth (infancy, GO - GO, adolescence, prosperity), stability (stability and aristocracy), extinction (early bureaucracy, bureaucracy and death). This model makes it possible to identify the issues quicker and solve it. The most desired and optimal stage is prosperity. In order for companies to return to prosperity from the stability stage, they need to start making more flexible decisions, allowing more innovation into their operations. Evaluate working staff to see if they are not working for too long. If it has been identified that the organization is currently at a stage in the aristocracy, in order to return to stability, the focus must be on who and why is happening, not how. The focus should not be on past achievements, but on focusing on future opportunities and potential situations. Avoid innovation, let in more innovation. If an organization has been found to be one of the initial stages that is up to prosperity, the company should reconsider its goals, stick to the plan, try to balance the control mechanism within the comp.  . |
