Abstract [eng] This paper analyzes the concept of multiculturalism and its role in an attractive employer context. The aim is to find out what traits determine the image of an attractive employer and the importance of multiculturalism as one of the features of an organization in the formation of an attractive image. In particular, will be focused on potential employees and their attitudes towards multicultural organization, on the analysis of the attitudes towards multiculturalism depending on generation of employees and will be found out how the perception of a multicultural organization changes depending on the level of intercultural experience of young people. The essence of the thesis is to reveal whether multiculturalism is investigated as a potentially attractive feature of an organization to a potential employee and what is the significance of this trait in evaluating an attractive employer. The research was carried out using the focus group method. Discussions included representatives of three different subcultural groups: youth who worked in multicultural organizations; youth who have intercultural experience but have not worked in multicultural organizations; youth who have no intercultural experience. The main objectives of the study were to answer questions about the characteristics of an attractive employer, why multicultural organizations are perceived as attractive or unattractive, and how this attitude is influenced by the different experiences of potential employees. Research has shown that perception of multicultural organizations depends on the experience of potential employees. It is noticeable that young people who work in multicultural organizations think that discrimination, different attitudes towards work exist in such companies, which is contrary to the image and reputation of multicultural organizations. However, the image created by multicultural organizations coincides with the opinion of potential employees without intercultural experience. They see them as tolerant, open-minded institutions that create equality between employees. The work is relevant to managers of organizations, communication and human resources specialists, lecturers and students who are interested in the expression of multiculturalism of the organization, image creation, needs of potential employees, external and internal communication of the organization, specifics of multicultural organizations.
