Business Process Management Improvement for the Incoming tour Operator Based on Enterprise Architecture Model SUMMARY 73 pages, 13 charts, 9 pictures, 40 references. The main purpose of this master thesis is to develop an enterprise architecture model (for an incoming tour operator company) that aligns company's the business processes with the implementing IT solutions. The following research methods have been used in the work: Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature analysis in a descriptive, systematic and generalized way; systematic case study analysis was carried out by monitoring company performance through participation and communication (unstructured interviews) with company staff; on the basis of a general analysis of the scientific literature and research data was developed a targeted activity and information systems development model. During the scientific literature analysis, a comparison of the organizational architecture methodologies was made and it was decided to use a combination of the Zachman framework and TOGAF methodology for small business analysis and the development of a targeted business model. As well during the analysis of scientific literature the analysis of the concept of business process management was performed, highlighting the main activities of business process management determining the key success factors and it was decided to implement them in the analysis of the real company activities. Summarizing the results of scientific literature and research data analysis, has been prepared a targeted model of the company's activity and information systems development, which main goal is to create a comprehensive enterprise performance management tool, incorporating all components analyzed in the paper's research part into the integrated system: business process architecture, current ERP modules map, best practices of assessing business process and enterprise information system integration level and target ERP modules map. Based on the results of the research and the proposed business model the recommendations for targeted activities have been provided for a business entity Baltic Blues Travel. It is expected that the recommendations will help to ensure the execution of planned works and the achievement of business objectives.
