Abstract [eng] Aggression and Attitudes towards It in a Relationship with Perceived Justice of Punishment Recently, there has been a growing tendency in society to talk about criminal acts and various statements about punishment. For some people they look too gentle, for others - too strict. This work attempted to establish the relationship between aggression and attitudes towards it and perceived justice of punishment (that is, whether the punishment is considered as sufficient), as well as to find out the factors that predict the perceived punishment. The study included 146 people (14 of them men) from 18 to 64 years old. The participants of the study were selected through non-probability sampling. The study was conducted using an Aggression questionnaire, the scale of Attitudes toward aggression and the scale of Perceived evaluation of penalty were created specifically for this study. For data analysis corrections, average comparisons, multiple regression, and confirmatory factor analysis were used. There was no link between aggression and the attitudes towards it and the perceived evaluation of punishment, and it was not possible to identify the factors that could predict the perceived evaluation of punishment. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to plan other studies to find out the reasons for the identified relationships by including more and more various variables, to try to determine what predicts perceived evaluation of punishment.
