Abstract [eng] Object of master work – travelling social network websites. Goal of master work - analyze aspect of creation of relationships in travelling social network websites. Main tasks: to reveal conception of travelling social network websites, to reveal process and factors of creation of relationships in travelling social network websites, to analyze the influence of websites’ structure for creation of relationships in travelling social network websites, to define the peculiarities of travelling social network websites using empirical (quantitative and qualitative) research. Main finding: social network websites are understood as websites, and users of these websites have some relations among each other. Travelling social network websites contain information about tourism, travelling and most users here are interested in it. It was analyzed, that the main factors, which determine success in creation of relationship in travelling social network websites are self-disclosure (high level), management of impression (learning it), similarities between users of social network websites (same interests, age, so on), comfortable structure of social network website. The structure of travelling social network websites could influence how creation of relationships would be successful. It depends on the thing, how social network website is comfortable for use – how much means of Internet communication is integrated, if there is possibility to express yourself (to fill full profiles), if there are means to determine the safety orders. The main thing is websites’ structure, where member makes impression about others is representational profile. Others significant parts – member’s comments, published information about travelling sites. In representational profile the most common thing is to jugde about member for its photos, comments and the list of travelling sites he\she visited. Barriers of creating relationships in travelling social network websites and overall in the Internet are: barriers dependent on social network websites structure (eg. inconvenient design), barriers dependent on features of online communication (no experience of virtual communication) and barriers dependent on social norms (eg. another culture, age, so on.) This work could be useful for further investigation of creation of relationships in travelling social network websites and overall in the Internet. What is more, it could be useful for enterprise representatives to identify the needs of travelling social network websites and creation of relationships here.
