Abstract [eng] Objective. To develop educational action plan, based on positive emotions (aggression reduction program), and after having implemented it to pursue changes of aggressive behaviour. Theoretical analysis carried out in the paper examines the reasons for aggressive behaviour, its types and shapes as well as how to change the aggressive behaviour, what are the methods. No coincidence the expert group was selected (social pedagogues and group tutors) for which questionnaires were divided into blocks (verbal aggression, physical aggression and social skills) and identified the primary characteristics of children from foster homes. After having summarized the results, seven most aggressive children were selected. These children exhibiting aggression, and the basis of theoretical analysis were used to develop and to realize aggression reduction program. In total sixteen sessions were developed. Themes included: social skills, empathy, communication, self-control. To determine efficiency of the program, experts were questioned asking them to assess the program (find out changes in the children's aggressive behaviour), after the sessions the same group of experts was given the same form as before the sessions. The study included 43 learners and 8 experts. Key findings include: 1. Although the program lasted a relatively short time - two months, but the desired positive results were achieved. 2. It is likely that running such a program for more than a year, more children's aggressive behaviour changes could be achieved. For this purpose recommendations were prepared.
