Topic named “the evaluation of the commisions for the refinement of the state governance: sunset for the bureaucracy or a policy failure” gives the estimation of the effectiveness of three commission for improving a better state governance. The general object of this research is typical inadequate level of exploration of Sunset commissions. Effectivenes as a dependent variable is dividing in to three criterias: beginning, process and the end of commission activities. According to that, four hypotheses are rising up as well. Firstly, origin of the Sunster commissions is most likely accidental and depends on economical and political circumstances.Second, the commission works on targets: to move their goals on a timely basis, they are governed by economic conditions. Third, the implementation level of commission proposals is partial. It has confirmed. Some part of all the Sunset commission’s proposals was implemented.Four, commissions are uneffectiveness because they are sensitive to short-term and to change of special circumstances. The final conclusion is that the Sunset commission has a low effectiveness and as tools for reforms are not strong enought. |
