Abstract [eng] The activity origin of the colleges, as of non-university high schools, was validated by High education legislation in year 2000. Goals of the colleges, defined in the legislation, orient that kind of high schools towards qualitative development, being competitive and correspond to raised requirements. The development of the education organizations’ becomes more complex in the context of rapid alternations, growing education organization competitiveness tendency, globalization, social, economical, job market new technologies’ alternations. The strategic development of education organization means fundamental qualitative alternation. Objective of the research – the expression peculiarities of the college development strategy. Goal of the research – to identify the expression peculiarities of the college development strategy from a viewpoint of administration personnel and lecturers. To achieve the goal of the research the following methods were used: theoretical (the analysis of the literature), empirical (the questionnaire survey, the analysis of the data) and statistical (the processing of the data in Excel application). The questionnaire consists of two blocks: demographic – social (12 questions) and diagnostic (8 questions). By applying the analysis method of the scientific literature, the high non-university sector reform and it’s strategic guides, the theoretical aspects of education organization’s strategic development are represented, the relevancy of still learning education organization’s development strategy is disputed, the expression peculiarities of the organization development are ascertained, the analysis of investigations’ data is performed and the activity indexes, illustrating college development strategy implementation are evaluated. The results of empirical research enable to highlight the trend, that college plans and implements integrated expansion strategy. The systematic format is appropriate for college strategic development. That is justified by the evaluation of activity results and the records of the respondents’ assessment. Research hypothesis “Most likely, the evaluation of the expression peculiarities of the college development, done by administration personnel and lecturers, will disclose not only the orientation into activity quality, but also into more strategic marks, indicating college integrated strategic development. Also most likely, that the assessment of the peculiarities of the development strategy’s expression’s activities and of the administrative processes, will be similar“– was proved. The college strategic development complexity is also justified by activity results and dynamics of the results.
