Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of this research is the analysis of the regulations, determining the breach of labour discipline and the court practise when applying law regulations on the breach of labour discipline. It also includes the analysis of the regulations concerning the gross breach of work duties, which must be understood as a breach of labour discipline involving gross violation of the provisions of laws and other legal acts which directly regulate the employee's work. The first part discloses conceptions of the breach of labour discipline and the peculiarities of this sub institution of labour law. This part also involves the analysis of the connections between the breach of labour discipline and the Gross Breach of Work Duties In the second part presents the conception of the gross breach of work duties that are incompatible with employee’s duties or job functions. In the last part of this research the termination of the employment contracts for Gross Breach of Work Duties is examined. |
