Abstract [eng] In recent years the higher education sector has been growing significantly, increased the number of students, over eight hundred accredited degree programs. The quantitative expansion of higher education system updates the study of high-quality requirements. Study of quality assurance are becoming a major higher education sector and its reform issues. Purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of university education the problem of theoretical terms and empirical study to identify the Educational Studies Department of the state of the quality of students' issues. The study included 200 respondents. The main method used-questionnaire. Questionnaire was Question 21 (a total of 142 claims). Empirical study has highlighted the following trends: a comprehensive assessment of the quality of studies predominantly more positive assessment, about one-third of students believe that their expectations of the quality of the study, more than half meet the quality of studies, but preferring the higher, more than a tenth of students not satisfied with the quality of studies. The most significant study quality criteria for release of students: the organization of research activities, teaching excellence, the study of organization effectiveness, curriculum relevance to the labor market and studijuojančiojo needs and requirements of higher education. Nearly one-third of respondents consider the quality of studies necessary to evaluate integrated a number of criteria. In his pre-professional activities of the quality of the students are more satisfactory than a good and very good. As the essential quality of studies, students identified a problem: too many theories, few links with practice and research, a lot of minor and untargeted task, with the lack of reflection, feedback, creativity, critical thinking and other skills development, educational program of its non-compliance with the spirit and purpose student learning outcomes assessment, provision of methodological studies, studies of organization defects (for an individual working with a teacher in a lack of study dominated by traditional methods, techniques, forms, lack of integration of subjects, etc.).. Not all students to meet competency levels of teachers and others. Mixed students study the administration and the state of their information. Faculty, students ill-informed about the study of quality management activities of the Center faculty, almost excluded from the study the quality of policy formulation and implementation processes. The study hypothesis-Siauliai University Faculty of Educational Studies of quality assessment of the state of students' issues will be more positive than negative. Difference between the measurements will be better understood in assessing the quality of studies on individual-dimensions have been confirmed.
