Frequently, changes untune ordinary activity, therefore we feel tension. Thus, we must know well today how to use large flows of information, new technologies, etc. The acquired professional experience is not static and saved up for perpetuity, thus a pedagogue has to know how to conform to changing situation and use the potential rendered by it. Frequently, changes in professional environment require striving for special pedagogical and psychological qualification during entire professional practice. The subject of the research the oponion of pre-school education pedagogues abuot the effect of professional competencies on the improvement of organisation quality. The aim of the research: to establish the effect of the professional competencies of the pedagogues of pre-school education on the improvement ot organization quality. Theoretical, empirical and statistic methods were applied for investigation of the expression of the competences of preschool education pedagogues. The theoretical method of investigation – analysis of scientific literature – was used. For realisation of the quantitative research strategy, the method of quantitative research - questionnaire, which helped to investigate the expression and evaluation of the competences of preschool education pedagogues and preschool education managers, was used. The scope of the research. 177 pedagogues of preschool education participated in the research. The research was based on four units of competences (communicational, functional, personal, and ethical) and the conclusions of the research were formulated with reference to the units of competences: 1. The weakeast assessement fell on the ability to define the roles and functions of the managers and employers of an institution of pre-school education in the context of organisation improvement. 2. Personal competence, in the opinion of the respondents, is the most important competence to the improvement of the quality of an institution. Master’s thesis is composed of four sections, conclusions, recomendattions, the list of resources and appendices. 31 pictures are presented within the present paper. |
