Abstract [eng] Lately, we hear a lot about taunts and violence between teenagers and aggressive outbursts at schools. However, teachers cannot solve this problem by themselves, so they really need help from pupils’ parents. Only the communication and collaboration can help to find a solid solution to teenagers’ aggressive behaviour’s problem for education’s partners (school, parents). Thesis of this work is: school and family collaboration dealing with aggressive behavior between teenagers. There are represented the inquiry, which aim was to reflect the attitude of teachers and parents towards the problem of inter-teenager aggressiveness and, with reference to the inquiry’s results, to define the importance of the collaboration of these educational partners dealing with aggression between teenagers. The aim of the work: to analyse the interaction peculiarity of school and family in dealing with aggressive behavior between teenagers. The methods of the work: analysis of the science literature, a written questionnaire for parents and teachers, the interview with social pedagogues and statistic data processing. In this work is used a quantitative and qualitative research methodology. In the inquiry attended fifty teachers of secondary, primary and gymnasium schools, also 68 pupils parents and 5 social pedagogues. There was used a planned and structured type interview for social pedagogues. After the analysis of science literature and the processing of survey data the inferences can be made, such as hypothesis was confirmed: schools, and family cooperation, teenagers aggressive behavior in the context of the problem, inadequate and inefficient, because teachers are rarely informing family about the situation and not looking for solutions. Subject teachers, school administration and other school community members are unwilled to cooperate with the family, and the parents with them. Parents often do not recognize that their child is aggressive and avoid to communicate with teachers and specialists. For the teachers are recommended more effective parental education, the use of a greater variety of forms for the collaboration. There are necessary to make united bullying prevention, information transfering and penalties in the case of infringement model and constantly collaborate with child's family.
