Master's work analyzed the possibility of the assumptions of career education strategy in the secondary school. Carried out in the documents of career education in Lithuania and abroad. It was analyzed. Assessment of the current state of career education in secondary schools. Based career strategy assumptions. Developed a strategy for career education model. Fostering career development necessary to consistently move the following steps: work group mobilization, situation analysis of career education, career education purpose, mission, vision adjustment, career development of strategic group formation, training and strategy for discussion and correction of career education strategy for implementation. |
