In the master’s paper theoretical and practical aspects of team work organization and internal audit suggested by various Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and structured. With reference to analysed theoretical material was made the questionnaire and the research in Klaipeda region’s schools of general education. Analysed school community’s approach to team organization and internal audit role to schools. The author’s raised scientific hypothesis that effective team work, caused by the internal audit is a factor of educational performance’s improvement is confirmed. |
