The basis, the commencement and the end of the parents property rights and obligations, the content of the rights and obligations of the parents to their children‘s property, the right and obligation to support the child materially, the guaranties safegarding children‘s property rights and interests while their parents execute their rights and obligations, were analized in the thesis. The main purpose of this thesis was to determine in what scope the legal system of the Republic of Lithuania ensure the implementation of the principle of the supremacy of the children‘s interests by regulating the rights and obligations of their parents, forming the practice of the implementation, what are the practical and theorical problems of the implementation of these rights and obligations, what are the possible preconditions and solutions of the problems. |
