Abstract [eng] In the master thesis corporate social responsibility and it’s models are being analyzed. In order to prepare the corporate social responsibility model for confectionery companies, social responsibility in confectionery companies are being analyzed. Theoretical part of the thesis consists of social responsibility understanding, various authors’ descriptions on social responsibility. In theoretical part it is also described how social responsibility can be incorporated into businesses and what effect does it make. According to the existing instrument and analysis made – author prepared and realized the practical thesis part – the employers, employees and consumers participated in interrogatories. The analyzed theoretical part and results of interrogatories let author prepare the model of corporate social responsibility in confectionary companies. Author, while preparing thesis, participated in 5 scientific conferences. The thesis ends up with conclusions and recommendations.
