Abstract [eng] The participators of the master‘s work „Self-image of adolescents with psychotic personality structure“ are adolescents with psychotic personality organization. They are very narrowly and little researched in Lithuania. The object of the work is the self-image of adolescents with psychotic personality organization. The introduced concept of three personality organization levels (psychotic. borderline and neurotic) by Kernberg is valued not only in the context of psychodynamic paradigm, but also in clinical practice. The increasing number of scientific research in this sphere certifies it. But only recently more attention is paid to the period of adolescence, which is characterized by important mental changes and mental restructure. Taking in consideration the lack of scientific research in this field, especially in Lithuania, we have planned the research, the main aim of which is to describe peculiarities of self-image of adolescents with psychotic personality organization: to evaluate psychodynamic assumptions about their reality testing abilities, objective relations, affective experiences and identity integration level. 25 adolescents, who were hospitalized in Vilnius Republic Psychiatry Hospital, Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Child Development Centre (the mean of age is 16.00 years) ant 26 healthy adolescents participated in the research. The applied methodic were Rorschach test, HTP projective drawing and identity interview. The quality of objective relations was evaluated by Object Representation Scale Mutuality of Autonomy Scale. The results of the research showed that the level of the reality contact of adolescents with psychotic personality organization is lower. Lower quality of objective relations, difficulties taking distance from the relation and affect toward a described person could show more primitive objective relations of adolescents with psychotic personality organization. The results also showed that adolescents with psychotic personality organization have lower affects differentiation, lower control of impulses and difficulties integrating different feelings in one continuum. The have also low ambivalence tolerance, that shows that they lack constancy of internal object.
