In the master’s paper, after having performed literary analysis of Lithuanian and foreign authors, the main investment project's economic assessment indicators and methods are presented, their strengths and weaknesses are analysed. Review of golf courses and their customers in Lithuania and the world is performed. On the basis of potential golf course consumer survey results, Siauliai Region economic assessment, and after a financial analysis of economic indicators, economic assessment of installation of a golf course in Siauliai Region is suggested. Model of golf course installation in Siauliai Region is presented. Analysis of liquidity, profitability, investment return confirms the hypothesis that it is economically expedient for Siauliai Region to have golf course installed. |
