Abstract [eng] The aim of the master thesis is to empirically diagnose the management phenomena of knowledge oriented to personal enhancement and nurturance of human values that emerge applying the knowledge supplied by the non-profit organization Baltic “Life art” Charity and Support Fond at the level of personal knowledge management. Having performed the qualitative content analysis of the data collected by the in-depth interview method it was determined that the knowledge conveyed by the organization at the level of personal knowledge management is identified as explicit, implicit and tacit knowledge used at four levels according to the rationality - irrationality (“know - how”, “know - what”, “know - why” and “care - why” knowledge) and knowledge forming physical, emotional, mental and spiritual intellects of an individual. During the phenomenological analysis the phenomena of personal explicit, implicit and tacit knowledge as well as phenomena at the clusters of four different intellects (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) are distinguished and described. On the grounds of the base of the theoretical part of this paper the report “Theoretical aspects of organizational and personal knowledge management” has been prepared and read at the plenary session of student conference “Science and Studies 2010: Theory and Practice” held at Northern Lithuanian College (see Appendix 1).
