| Abstract [eng] |
Civil service system and pay concept basis settlement principles are presented in the master`s thesis. Also, the assumptions which have led to the formation of wage policy in Lithuania are discussed and the civil service pay regulatory developments are overviewed. Besides, the civil service pay regulations in different acts of the legal regulatory features are analyzed. The practical aspects of applying the law of Mazeikiu district municipality are examined in order to reveal pay gaps and provide solutions. What is more, Mazeikiu district municipality`s opinion on the civil service pay adjustments is investigated. |
