This master‘s final paper analyzes personal work and leisure in theoretical and practical aspects. According to the Lithuanian and foreign academic literature analysis identified a person's work and leisure benefits to the public, the organization and the employee. Also, there were found, that Flexible Work Forms allows to improve leisure quality. In order to determine the current situation, evaluate and predict possible changes there were used two methods – document analysis and questionnaire survey. The results showed that labor productivity and GDP growth is associated with a shorter working time and flexible forms of work which gives a favorable situation to balance person's work and leisure. Moreover, the study showed that leisure quality depends on the leisure planning, leisure interest assessment, time and money. |
