This master‘s work analyzes principal strategic management issues, analyze and systematize theoretical document management features in Lithuania and in foreign countries. In this work raised research objective - based on scientific sources, the Lithuanian health insurance system experts provisions of the health insurance system documentation analysis, conclusion and based in Siauliai territorial patient fund document management directions for improvement of the model. In order to reveal the health insurance system for document management trends of: external and internal factors, the SWOT analysis. Done Siauliai territorial patient fund document management process, performance analysis of documents, examining the health insurance system shall experts about the factors that affect records management improvement. The obtained results revealed the strong and weak sides of document management, process improvement opportunities. Upward document management model is adapted and applied to the design of Siauliai territorial patient fund document management directions for improvement of the model, which provides basic document management development direction, which can not be achieved without an effective document management organization of the institution. |
