Abstract [eng] In the work analysis of comprehensive and special school pupils approach to physical education lessons is carried out, liked and not liked things during such lessons are identified, effect of physical education classes is revealed. The hypothesis: comprehensive and special education school pupils’ attitude to physical education classes is positive. Questionnaire survey method was conducted with the aim to reveal the comprehensive and special school pupils' attitudes towards physical education classes. The study included 150 persons: 75 pupils attending comprehensive schools and 75 pupils from special schools. In the empirical part analysis and comparison of comprehensive and special school pupils’ attitudes to physical education classes is performed. The main conclusions of the empiric research: 1.Negative attitudes to physical education classes are caused by several reasons: first – pupils don’t like to change clothes; second - lesson time is insufficient; third – pupils are not interested in the physical activity arranged by the teacher. 2.It was found that positive special education and general education pupils’ attitudes to physical education classes is determined by: joint boys’ and girls’ participation in physical education classes; physical education classes seen as a break between other subjects; large variety of physical activities. 3.Statistically significant differences between special education and general education pupils are the following: special education pupils have a great need for education on healthy lifestyles; these pupils feel that physical education lessons benefit for that they teach a healthy lifestyle; as well statistically significant difference is in that more special than general education pupils after physical education classes are feeling good; general education schools show greater demand for sports games; in general education schools more pupils enjoy teacher during physical education lessons. 4.Questionnaire survey results confirmed the hypothesis that special education and comprehensive education pupils’ attitudes to physical education classes are positive.
