There’re various Lithuanian and foreign authors theoretic work aspects of the work and capital concept in the economics and tally, analyzed and systemic in the post-graduate work. There’re produced the counting analyzes methods of the work and capital marks, emphasizing the results of the investigation of the main influence causes. According the theoretic material, there’re the tendencies of the workers numbers and changes in the Joint Stock Company „Maistena“. There’re determined the size and the causes of the workers changes and accessed the change tendencies of the work efficient and the questions of the work pay and the influence of the work marks to the results of the company. It was analyzed the capital of the Joint Stock Company „Maistena“ and determined the profits’ tendencies of the company and the problems of the solvency and made the analyzes of the action’s efficient. There’re determined the factors and destined the changes of the analyzed marks. According the methods of the prognosis, it could be assessed the continue of the action of the company. |
