Today's school plays a significant role teachers - educators. He raises a number of requirements. Education is the master actor, whose main function - to foster class community. Under the Lithuanian general education schools in the program, the teacher-child in itself is an example. It is therefore of great importance for the educator personality, his example, it is not what he says but what it is. Master's work examines the Head of the class action Gymnasium. The aim of the study - theoretically and empirically based head of the class action optimizations Gymnasium. In order to disclose the activities of the Head of the Class optimizations Gymnasium, was a qualitative and quantitative study. The quantitative research method - a written survey questionnaire for the students. Qualitative research methods - interviews, interviewed for the gymnasium class leaders. Study included 216 students and 15 Gymnasium Gymnasium classes of managers. The study was conducted in Panevėžys County: Panevėžys, Pasvalys and Biržai gymnasiums. The analysis of survey data revealed that the majority of Annex I and II, gymnasium classes of students are satisfied with their relationship with the class leaders, class leaders of the work of the good, the functions performed by leaders of the classes, the pupils meet the expectations. Survey data shows that the majority of the study participated in the gymnasium classes of managers are satisfied with their work, functions, responsibilities, relationships with students. The analysis of the respondents view of the head of the class person, it appears that, in order to optimize the head of the class activities are an important class of head of personality. It is important that class teachers attain these characteristics: love of children, the ability to communicate, a sense of humor, tolerance, justice, responsibility, honesty, sincerity, friendliness, thoughtfulness, creativity. Research has raised the hypothesis confirmed, because the obtained during the investigation shows that the head of the class work is relevant to a certain class of head of personal properties, gymnasiums are effective classes of leaders in cooperation with teachers and pupils, parents, class teachers effectively perform its duties and functions, and this is conducive to the Head of the class action to optimize. |
