The Master work has formulated a purpose to determine how the formation of corporate external relations based on the confidence of society of the company’s activities carried out, affects the corporate activities in the external environment. The work analysed and theoretically grounded a concept of business organisation, and the effect of external environment surrounding the organisation. It has presented the models of social responsibility and relations with society, affecting a public opinion on the business company’s activities carried out. The research has shown that business organisations appreciate external factors important for them from different sectors of environment and aim to engage in social responsible activities, they are characterised by the functions of relation with society and addresses of external environment important for them. It was found that customer relations are being developed most purposefully, they highly affect the performance of a business organization. |
