Rights of the child protection system in Lithuania is still in the stage of infancy, because the rights of the child-driven system started to form only in 1993, when was established the Rights of the Child Protection Service, nowadays called the divisions of the children rights protection. In Lithuania closest to the child's existing chain of children's rights protection system is a municipal, district child Protection of the Rights Department, therefore was chosen to study directly with the child, the environment for people working in this system. The problem of the analysis. Lithuanian society is concerned about the lack of state attention to children, their leisure time, employment, increasing crime. Rights of the Child Protection System do not well, is not developed, refined, and the interests of the child are often secondary in political and financial discussions. It’s therefore necessary to determine what problems staff families the Rights of the Child Protection impact and how they act. The aim of the analysis is to investigate theoretically and empirically the Rights of the Child Protection activity in Siauliai municipalities. The object of the analysis is the Rights of the Child Protection Section in Siauliai municipalities. In this work was made the questionnaire survey method, to investigate the 32 respondents working in seven Siauliai counties municipal for rights of the child protection departments: of which 27 women and 5 men. Survey results led to the conclusion that: the data suggest that there is inadequate funding of children's rights. Given the abundance of social risk families, care (we care) for children's social care institutions, the number of children experiencing violence, lack of socialization of children's programs, public funding is too low. And because of the large workload of the rights of the child protection specialists are unable to implement their assigned functions, and this affects the child's well-being.
