There are form of organizing climate and work stress according to diagnostic research in DnB NORD bank in this work of master. Anglysis of scientific literature let to show subordination of importance in organizing climate and work stress and development of context of human research management. Interaction between organizing climate and work stress were researched according to „Organazing climate, work stress and success“ test. There were 70 respondents from 14 sub-branches of AB DnB NORD bank. Received information was treated using SPSS program. According to statistic I could insist that organizing climate is much funcional in AB DnB NORD, work stress – avarage, going to better side. I can confirm this work of master of science hipothesis that organizing climate and work stress are connected human research management characteristic. |
