In master‘s paper the problems of learning in partnership are revealed. The role of the leader who coordinates the work of the network is highlighted. The theorethical evaluation of the policy of the prevention in learning organization was done. The research of activity was fulfiled both in quantitative and qualitative levels. The participants of the research were teachers, headteachers and social partners. The research revealed that there are certain actual and social accumptions to spread conceptual ideas of the learning organization and to create and coordinate models of learning in partnership in schools. The facts that were got empirically show the tendency of creation of such networks. The results of the research showed that social partners see unused possibilities for cooperation with educational organizations that makes it possible to create and develop the idea of learning in partnership. These ideas have to reach each school community and help them to reach their goals. |
