In master‘s work were analysed and structured Lithuanian and foreign country’s writers theoretical and practical researches of financial analyse, likewise described and submitted financial state optimization model. Analysing activity of company it is very important to choose best methods of financial analyse, comparative rates and to evaluate the possibility to find inside resources that could help to improve company’s financial state. Sustaining the results of theoretical part there are accomplished exhaustive financial condition of company and practice results analysis for 2002-2005 years. There are made analysis of most important financial index as profitability, liquidity, short-term asset turnover, financial and resource control. Company’s activity gone worsen with reference to traditional financial analysis, that is why it could be optimizated by choosing integrated financial evaluation model of G.Jagelavičius. The hypothesis has proved out, that combining traditional financial statements and integrated financial evaluation model, activity of the company can be improved and manufacturing company could remain in the market and comply to world-class standards. |
